A creative director based in Santa Barbara and the founder of Bravado. His work lives where taste meets systems: he can feel what a brand, a place, or a person is trying to become — then builds the content and the structure to get them there.
A few of the questions Sean keeps asking — of himself, and of every brand he works with.
One throughline runs through all of it: take something raw and make it feel premium, clear, and worth attention.
Clarity, systems, and the right tools.

Sean is a creative director based in Santa Barbara and the founder of Bravado. His work lives where taste meets systems: he can feel what a brand, a place, or a person is trying to become — then builds the content and the structure to get them there.
For the past five years he's worked very closely with some of the best teams across industries — almost always as the youngest person in the room, absorbing deep-rooted knowledge from professionals with decades of experience. He connects that with a native understanding of the social platforms he grew up on and has used to grow businesses, including his own.
Every project is really two things at once. Taste — the premium feel and the visual world. And the clarity — the frameworks, the SOPs, the order underneath that makes it all run. With time, the systems have tightened and the results have gotten better.
Underneath all of it is a deep understanding of social media and content formats — not just how to make something beautiful, but which formats, rhythms, and techniques actually build a brand and grow it. Decoration is easy. Knowing what makes content work is the needle mover.
If your work deserves to feel more premium and more clear than it does right now, that's exactly the gap Sean closes.
Tell Sean what you're building — a brand to shoot, a business to sharpen, or a team to train. You'll hear back promptly.
Your introduction request is in — Sean will get back to you within a business day.
Through Bravado, Sean’s studio — photography, videography, and the social direction that makes a brand feel premium and grow like it means it.
Brand films, campaign content, hospitality and lifestyle photography, and always-on social content — shot, directed, and edited with one standard: it has to feel premium and it has to work. Underneath the craft is a deep understanding of formats, hooks, and rhythms — I don't just make beautiful things, I make things that build an audience.
Three layers of engagement. Start where you need me; each layer includes everything beneath it.
The craft layer — I direct and make the work that shapes how your business looks and reads.
Everything in Layer One, plus the strategy underneath it — why you're posting, what's working, and how it converts.
Everything above, plus the order underneath the whole business: the operations, the SOPs, the dashboards, and practical AI workflows built into how you actually run — so the premium feel goes all the way down.
Three things, taught from the field: the business of premium content, training your team to make it, and the AI systems that run it all.
Everything Sean teaches comes from running his own studio — the wins, the pricing mistakes, the systems that finally made it calm. Three offerings, nothing else.
1:1 Mentorship — the business of premium content.
Positioning, pricing, equipment, structure — pre-production to invoicing, from someone who built the studio you're trying to build.
Team Training — premium content, made in-house.
I train your team to capture, cut, and ship to his standard — the formats, the rhythm, and the systems that keep it consistent after I leave.
AI Operations — Claude as your operating system.
Dashboards, briefings, and workflows that run your business the way his runs — built with you, documented, and yours to keep.
Prefer self-serve? Sean's systems are also packaged as Claude-powered digital tools — from a free mind-mapper to the full Clarity System. Explore the tools →
Ninety minutes, just us, on whatever you need — any of the three, or consulting on any layer of the consulting stack: your content, your social strategy, your operations, your AI setup. Come with your real situation; leave with a plan you can execute.
Your whole life on one page — built and maintained by Claude. A guided interview turns every area of your life into a living dashboard that tells you, honestly, what needs you now.
Most life-tracking systems die because they ask you to maintain them. This one maintains itself. Claude interviews you about every area of your life — health, money, relationships, home, work, play, growth — then builds a beautiful single-file dashboard around your answers: a life-balance ring, habit and goal trackers, a "Needs You Now" list that surfaces whatever you're quietly neglecting, a multi-year Manifestation Timeline, your key support team, and your go-to places.
Come back whenever you like, answer three questions, and the whole thing re-renders — current, honest, one screen.
A personal-CFO dashboard Claude builds around your actual numbers — net worth, goals as a cash-flow waterfall, debt and retirement projections, a live retirement Scenario Lab, and a graded plan health score.
Spreadsheets hold your numbers; they don't tell you what they mean. Claude interviews you about your money — assets, debts, bills, income, goals in priority order — then builds a premium dark-mode dashboard that reads like a briefing from your own CFO: KPI tiles, your goals as a numbered waterfall, amortization and compounding charts, and a 0–100 Plan Health Score graded across eight categories.
Running a business? Three extra tabs cover revenue tracking, a tax and compliance calendar, and a growth pipeline. Every check-in recomputes everything — no stale numbers, ever.
A guided purpose interview that ends with a map you'll want to frame — your four circles, in your own words, analyzed honestly.
Ikigai (生き甲斐) is a Japanese concept that roughly translates to "a reason for being" — from iki, life, and gai, worth. It's the thing that gets you up in the morning: not just what makes you happy, and not just what pays, but the place where meaning and daily life overlap.
In the West it's best known as the four-circle diagram: what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Where two circles overlap you get a passion, a profession, a vocation, or a mission. Where all four meet — that's your ikigai.
The diagram is easy to draw and hard to fill in honestly. That's the part this tool is built for.
Ikigai worksheets ask you to fill in four circles and figure out the rest yourself. This is different: Claude runs a real interview — one circle at a time, with follow-up questions that push past your first-draft answers — through what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.
Then it synthesizes: the four overlaps with concrete items from your lists, a one-sentence purpose statement you choose from candidates, a three-step flywheel showing how your overlaps feed each other, and honest written insights — tensions, underpriced strengths, warnings — each ending in a concrete "The move →" takeaway. The result is a designed, keepsake-quality page. A flattering map is a useless map; this one isn't built to flatter.
Claude as your chief of staff: a weekly status database plus a daily hour-by-hour view — with the list-hygiene and scheduling discipline most systems are missing.
I built this system to run my own company and used it every working day for a year. One command — "ops" — scans your email and calendar, updates a weekly status report (ranked priorities, pipeline, invoices, metrics, accomplishments, risks), and pairs it with a daily report led by an hour-by-hour schedule. "Today" gives you the short version each morning.
The value is the discipline baked in. One ranked priorities list — never competing urgent/today/this-week sections. Completed tasks get struck so you see progress land, then deleted so lists never rot. Past-hour tasks are forced to resolve. Your hardest work gets scheduled at your energy peak, and never after a morning meeting — because that's when it slips. And when you say "keep it light today," it pares the list down instead of piling on.
You talk. It maps. Ten minutes of rambling becomes the infrastructure of your brain, visually — and it costs nothing.
Every mind-mapping tool ever made asks you to do the structuring — which is exactly what an overwhelmed brain can't do. MindMap flips it. You ramble about whatever's swirling: a business idea, a stuck project, a tangled decision, everything on your plate at once. No structure required — mess is the input.
Claude asks a few sharp untangling questions to find the true center (often not what you first said), the branches, the tensions where two things you want pull against each other, and the decisions hiding inside your worries. Then it draws: an interactive visual map in your own words — drag, zoom, click any node for the full note.
