Life OS Dashboard

Your whole life on one page — built and maintained by Claude. A guided interview turns every area of your life into a living dashboard that tells you, honestly, what needs you now.

What it is

Most life-tracking systems die because they ask you to maintain them. This one maintains itself. Claude interviews you about every area of your life — health, money, relationships, home, work, play, growth — then builds a beautiful single-file dashboard around your answers: a life-balance ring, habit and goal trackers, a "Needs You Now" list that surfaces whatever you're quietly neglecting, a multi-year Manifestation Timeline, your key support team, and your go-to places.

Come back whenever you like, answer three questions, and the whole thing re-renders — current, honest, one screen.

How it works

  1. Setup interview (~5 min). Claude asks about your life areas, what you want to track in each, how each one feels right now, and your season's goals.
  2. It builds your dashboard. One HTML file, opens in any browser, saves your edits locally. Sorted worst-feeling-area first — the point is honesty, not decoration.
  3. "Life check-in." Three questions, updated dashboard, done. Completed items clear; neglected areas rise.

What you get

  • Installable Claude Skill (.skill file) for the desktop app or Claude Code
  • Paste-in prompt version that works in any Claude chat
  • Life-balance gauge with Thriving / Steady / Building / Needs-tending states
  • Seven tracker types: fields, meters, 7-day habits, counters, goal bars, computed stats, checklists
  • Manifestation Timeline, Key Team, Places & Food tabs — optional, yours to keep or skip
  • Buyer README with setup walkthrough
"The dashboard's job isn't to look good. It's to tell you what you've been avoiding."

Money Command Center

A personal-CFO dashboard Claude builds around your actual numbers — net worth, goals as a cash-flow waterfall, debt and retirement projections, a live retirement Scenario Lab, and a graded plan health score.

What it is

Spreadsheets hold your numbers; they don't tell you what they mean. Claude interviews you about your money — assets, debts, bills, income, goals in priority order — then builds a premium dark-mode dashboard that reads like a briefing from your own CFO: KPI tiles, your goals as a numbered waterfall, amortization and compounding charts, and a 0–100 Plan Health Score graded across eight categories.

Running a business? Three extra tabs cover revenue tracking, a tax and compliance calendar, and a growth pipeline. Every check-in recomputes everything — no stale numbers, ever.

How it works

  1. Setup interview (~10 min). Personal only, or personal + business. Claude gathers your real figures and assumptions.
  2. It builds the dashboard. One HTML file with live charts and an interactive retirement Scenario Lab with sliders.
  3. "Money check-in." Three questions — balances, bills, anything new — and a full recompute of every KPI, chart, and grade.

What you get

  • Installable Claude Skill + paste-in prompt version
  • Net worth KPIs, cash-flow waterfall, recurring-bills breakdown
  • Debt payoff + retirement projection charts
  • Retirement Scenario Lab with live sliders
  • Plan Health Score with graded bars and a 10-year outlook
  • Optional business tabs: revenue, client roster, tax calendar, pipeline
"Not financial advice — financial clarity. The dashboard organizes your numbers; the decisions stay yours."

Ikigai Mapper

A guided purpose interview that ends with a map you'll want to frame — your four circles, in your own words, analyzed honestly.

Ikigai map preview IKIGAI · 生き甲斐 "Helping people tell stories that stick." LOVE WORLD NEEDS GOOD AT PAID FOR MISSION PASSION VOCATION PROFESSION IKIGAI telling stories What you love What you're good at What the world needs What you're paid for FLYWHEEL 1. Make the work 2. Show the world 3. Get hired to repeat …and the loop closes. Made from my own answers · living document · Jul 2026

What it is

Ikigai worksheets ask you to fill in four circles and figure out the rest yourself. This is different: Claude runs a real interview — one circle at a time, with follow-up questions that push past your first-draft answers — through what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.

Then it synthesizes: the four overlaps with concrete items from your lists, a one-sentence purpose statement you choose from candidates, a three-step flywheel showing how your overlaps feed each other, and honest written insights — tensions, underpriced strengths, warnings — each ending in a concrete "The move →" takeaway. The result is a designed, keepsake-quality page. A flattering map is a useless map; this one isn't built to flatter.

How it works

  1. The interview (20–30 unhurried minutes). Four circles, real follow-ups, your exact words captured — they go on the map.
  2. The synthesis. Claude drafts the overlaps, statement candidates, flywheel, and insights — and checks them with you before building.
  3. The map. A static HTML page: SVG venn diagram, overlap cards, center statement, flywheel, insights, and your raw lists in a drawer. Prints beautifully. Revisit anytime and it evolves.

What you get

  • Installable Claude Skill + paste-in prompt version
  • Four-circle SVG ikigai map in your own words
  • Analyzed overlaps: Passion, Profession, Vocation, Mission — each with a role in your story
  • Purpose statement + monetization flywheel
  • 3–4 honest insight cards with prescriptive takeaways
  • "Revisit" mode — the map updates as your life does
"The conversation is the product. The map is the souvenir."

Ops Digest

Claude as your chief of staff: a weekly status database plus a daily hour-by-hour view — with the list-hygiene and scheduling discipline most systems are missing.

Proposal 2. Invoice 3. Thursday prep

What it is

I built this system to run my own company and used it every working day for a year. One command — "ops" — scans your email and calendar, updates a weekly status report (ranked priorities, pipeline, invoices, metrics, accomplishments, risks), and pairs it with a daily report led by an hour-by-hour schedule. "Today" gives you the short version each morning.

The value is the discipline baked in. One ranked priorities list — never competing urgent/today/this-week sections. Completed tasks get struck so you see progress land, then deleted so lists never rot. Past-hour tasks are forced to resolve. Your hardest work gets scheduled at your energy peak, and never after a morning meeting — because that's when it slips. And when you say "keep it light today," it pares the list down instead of piling on.

How it works

  1. Setup interview (~5 min). Your work, your hours, your energy curve, which sections you need, where asks arrive besides email.
  2. "Ops" — the weekly. Scan, a few targeted questions, updated weekly report + paired daily. Monday runs a full weekly reset.
  3. "Today" — the daily. Two questions max: calendar, hourly schedule, frog-ordered task list, urgent flags only when real.

What you get

  • Installable Claude Skill + paste-in prompt version
  • Weekly status report: priorities, pipeline, invoices, metrics, risks, accomplishments
  • Daily report led by an hourly schedule with inline completion tracking
  • Two-phase list hygiene — strike, then delete; no zombie tasks
  • Frog-first scheduling rules: energy peaks, first-draft blocks, cruise days
  • Works best with email + calendar connected; runs anywhere with a verbal rundown
"A status system only works if it's ruthless about what leaves the page."

MindMap

You talk. It maps. Ten minutes of rambling becomes the infrastructure of your brain, visually — and it costs nothing.

MindMap preview The Move Whether to change cities next spring · Jul 2026 tension action question the move CENTER money timing → visit in Oct keep the lease? sublet math spring window DO NEXTTENSIONS TO SIT WITHOPEN QUESTIONS → Visit in Oct · book flights money ⚡ timing keep the lease?

What it is

Every mind-mapping tool ever made asks you to do the structuring — which is exactly what an overwhelmed brain can't do. MindMap flips it. You ramble about whatever's swirling: a business idea, a stuck project, a tangled decision, everything on your plate at once. No structure required — mess is the input.

Claude asks a few sharp untangling questions to find the true center (often not what you first said), the branches, the tensions where two things you want pull against each other, and the decisions hiding inside your worries. Then it draws: an interactive visual map in your own words — drag, zoom, click any node for the full note.

How it works

  1. Dump. Talk for ten minutes. Don't organize anything — that's the tool's job, not yours.
  2. Untangle. A few questions that find the real center, flag the tensions, and surface the buried decisions.
  3. The map. A beautiful HTML file: your center, branching clusters, tensions in red, next actions highlighted, open questions marked — plus a "Do next" list underneath. Opens in any browser, yours forever.

What you get — free

  • The full MindMap prompt — works in any Claude chat
  • Interactive visual map: pan, zoom, click any node
  • Tensions flagged, actions highlighted, questions marked
  • Auto-derived "Do next" list under every map
  • Works for ideas, decisions, projects, businesses, or your whole life
"The interview is the mapping. The map is what clarity looks like."
